Not my Shrink || a five minute prompt

I told them I needed the smaller version of the material I need to complete an art work.
I was assuming they would get a new material or better still shrink it to the size I wanted, but they said they do not know what to do.
After counting their years of experience, I had to put them through on what they would do to shrink the material.
They eventually did and I was asked to come back for my shrinked material.
It took time but they were able to shrink it the way I wanted.

Shrinking looks easy but if it is not done by a machine, it is not as easy as it looks.
