I would start by say a person impersonating a captain is doing something bad and illegal, it is punishable by law.
I am sure the impersonation is because of the uniform, some folks love putting on the uniform because it looks good on them and it gives them an added advantage.
Nonetheless, they forget the captain has responsibilities too.
Some of the responsibilities are dodged when the time comes because they were not trained to be a captain.
This is why being a leader is a huge responsibility, filling such role takes much dedication and commitment.
It is not for selfish gain.
You have to put in the effort to see results.
If you are not a real captain, you are not doing the right thing.
