No More Stress || a five minute prompt

Stress is not good for the body.
The human body was not built for stress.
Of course the body can endure stress for a while until it becomes too much and then the consequences comes out. We only realize our mistakes when the consequences comes on.

I avoid stress a lot, especially unnecessary stress.
Some stress necessary while others are not. Some stress are worth the effort because the rewards can cater and take care of the stress.
I discovered that the most stress in my life is called by people I try to help and instead of them appreciating my efforts, they frustrating and stress me along the way. So I decided to help only those that really need it, so I would not encounter stress.

You can be stress free too, just identify what causes much stress for you and avoid them. It's that simple!
