My Last Job || a five minute prompt

My experience from my last job was good and not good at the same time, I will explain why. It was good because I gained experience and I learnt quite a lot from the job. In fact they recognized my dedication to the organization by giving me some gift and token when I was about to leave. It was a contract job and my contract had expired, so I had to leave. There were those that were agitating for me to stay but I told them it's not my decision to make, the management were supposed to make me an offer to stay and then I would decide if I want to stay or leave but they did not, so I had to leave.

The bad part was that despite the hard work and dedication I put into the work, they also bore witness to it. They were always segregating me and always on my neck expecting me to make mistake so they can pounce on me. Sometimes, they sent spies to watch what I am doing, and this made me uncomfortable. The work was good but the attitude was not encouraging for a workspace.
