Certain behaviors are perceived as not befitting to humans, it is not common and therefore not normal for anyone.
Sometimes people behave in an awful way, and all you can think about is how on earth a person would behave in such a way. It is not normal.

People use normalcy to poke one another, of course that is different especially between friends. But people begin to doubt normalcy in a person, it is a real case and certainly something terrible must have been done.

As for me, the talk about normalcy is always a joke, something we play around with. It is basically to make fun of and have lots of laughs.
