"He has no heart" is an expression for a man who does not display emotions.
A heartless man cannot be swayed or cajoled with emotions.
They literally have heart, but it is assumed that it does not work or they chose not to let it work.
Their heart seems not to function.
They have a rigid heart.
You can cry all you want, it does not move them.
I do not waste my time on such individual, especially when it comes to me appealing to his senses.
I try my best to do the needful but beyond that will bring us into a situation where appeals will not be needed.
I have seen folks like that.
They usually think being emotional makes them weak, but it is not true.
In end, they are just scared to let out their emotions.
My advice to those having no heart is that they should grow a heart.
