I guess this prompt is like a joke on someone. Probably an insult to piss someone off or a compliment with a bias.

A graduate of Loser University is like a graduate from a university without a reputation. Some universities are known for their class and their high standards, while some others are good universities but are not famous for producing highly successful alumni.

Even at that, the university should not be called a loser university because it still produces outstanding students. Some folks do not like showing off their prowess, the university might fall into this category. No one likes to be associated with a loser or something of low quality, in the end this looks like an insult both to the university and the graduate in question.
