The description of this sandwich looks like a total rejection of the sandwich, maybe even from a bite. The sandwich may not be of quality, and the the taste is out of it.

But sincerely, even if the sandwich is bad and it's taste is not so good. I would say describing something someone spent time to make, a garbage. It is too bad. Even if the sandwich is bad, you can correct the person, stating what is wrong and the correct thing to do. At least to encourage the person to try harder.

For me, there's no garbage sandwich anywhere. It is a harsh judgement.
