A Funny Tradition || Prompt

Tradition can be funny, especially when you do not know the whole story.
I have seen some traditions and culture, and I have laughed at the act. But I looked at the people, they really enjoyed what they were doing. I thought they were stressing themselves, but they were eager to do it in their own way. Despite the level of technology, they could use the modern way and ease their efforts plus save time. In this case, their tradition would be lost, so they had to do it the old way. I chose to inquire after the ceremony, then I understood.

Since then, I try not to laugh at the tradition of others until I know the full story. I am not a fan of tradition but I respect those honouring their tradition. It is their choice to do whatever they want with their tradition, I would not discourage their choice, as they would not disturb mine.
