Have you ever thought you were the smartest person in the room, and you were disappointed because you were beaten to it?
I have witnessed this many times, even during a job interview. I had checked out my competition, from my standpoint, I was smarter than them all. But after the result was announced, I did good but a few of them did better. I was shocked. I learnt that day not to look down on anyone, pride can be harmful.

Indeed, there are levels of intelligence. Intelligence are of different kind. These kind of intelligence helps us achieve what we need to achieve, especially when we can harness it's potential as a team.
