Hmmm!! You know lessons are learnt after the mistake. I understand your situation, not everyone knows how to express themselves when things like that happens, sometimes fear won't even let you. I am sure it was fear that even made you told the principal that you were going to deliver something. I am glad you overcame it. I feel for the lady though.
