Avoid eating in bed: Eating in bed can make it difficult to fall asleep and can also lead to weight gain. Instead, eat at a table and avoid eating in the hour before bed.
If you do find yourself eating late at night, try to choose healthy foods that are easy to digest. Avoid sugary drinks and fatty foods. And give yourself at least 3 hours to digest before going to bed.
