Jeska and I mostly do #NightShifts. Jeska copes better than I do as she has been doing nights for a long time.



On a #SpringandSummer season it is hard to sleep during the day. Blinds and blackout curtains are gems!



On the other hand, during #AutumnandWinter❄ season I get confused of what day I am of the week because I go to work at night and go home without daylight.
