Tagliatelle with chicken In Pesto sauce

I will share with you a recipe, my favorite meal with pasta...

I stole the recipe from a restaurant where I liked what I ordered, so over time I modified it further and adjusted the quantities to my taste.
So if you ask me about this recipe, I recommend it like magic.

Ingredients

For 5 people, you need:

1 pack (500g) Tagliatelle

600 g smoked chicken file

500ml neutral sour cream

1 Pesto sauce (200g)

25g butter

200g cheese (if you like an extra enhanced taste, you can add smoked cheese, but that recipe is quite strong for me).

Parmesano

Cut the smoked chicken fillet into cubes. Melt a little butter in a saucepan and fry the chicken so that the liquid comes out.

Add the neutral cream and stir until it boils.

Add grated cheese. Pesto sauce and cheese, a phenomenal combination.

Stir to combine.

Cook Tagliatelle. When they are cooked, drain them and mix them with Pesto sauce.

Tagliatelle mixed with Pesto sauce, pour into a plate, pour the sauce with chicken over them.

Finally, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve warm.

Ps. Cutlery - I use a spoon and fork for pasta, and it is not a problem to eat with a classic fork.
