My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2024

Every time I take a little more steps (over 20k), I log into the daily actifit report, to track my results... It may not be much, but it is twice as much as I cross every day... There is no way I would have walked so much today, if I had stayed in my city in over 40°C. In this way, the steps were taken outside the city, in a little more nature, but also later in the evening, when the temperature dropped below 25°C.
