A treasure trove of vitamins - Kumquat

Kumquat is an interesting fruit. It is a fruit from the citrus family. The #Kumquat fruit resembles an orange, but is much smaller and harder. The size of the larger mass is similar. Vitamin C content is 53%



I'm really interested in whether there is at least some percentage of vitamins in the liqueur made from this fruit :-)
