My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2023
Today is my son's birthday. He turns 9 years old. I just cooked spaghetti and puto cheese for him. Bought cake and lechon manok/roasted chicken. And that's where I got my activity today, in the kitchen and moving around. Went outside to buy some stuffs that we didn't have. I was not able to bike. And I skipped fasting. Surely my blood glucose will zoom tomorrow. I ate cake, puto cheese, spaghetti and drink coke.. Oh my! What I have lost for this past few days, will come back again. Haizt.
