Excellent! I think this is one of the most relevant and important realizations for people anywhere. "Know that your internet experience when watching closed centralized networks are curating what you see based on your own choices.." you randomly watch junk, you get more of that junk. Excellent point on understanding if it is worth your attention. They didn't speak to addiction much in this but addiction is another aspect of the 'attention economy' that I think is important to be aware of.
