The Sun

Your rays though they blind me are a delight to my eyes.
The thought of your magnitude and the vastness you reach
keeps me ever in awe of you.

You control time and sink the line of space.
All life forms draw from you their nutrients,
without you we'll be no more.

I only wish I could gaze upon the beauty that is you unhindered;
without these shaded glasses.
