Splinterlands Art Contest Week 255: Pyre

This is the first time I'll be trying out the splinterlands contest or any drawing contest even. After the apple sketch I shared earlier, I decided to make something a little more tasking. And the idea of creativity took hold of me.
In order to simplify the process, I decided it would be wise to have the two characters I wished to merge together on one sheet and so, I made this;

I couldn't help the joy i felt after I arrived at the final piece. Cause I just went with the flow. I had wanted to make pyre fleshy but the thought of portraying him as the grim reaper and one who controls fire at the same time overwhelmed me.
I don't know much about the character so I'll just leave it at that...
