Procrastination and depression might be one of the worst combinations ever to exist. Truly elite levels of awful. The way they can just feed each other like some disgusting economy of yuck can be horrible.

I procrastinate, and it fuels depression, having depression often only leads to more procrastination. I don't even know which started first. A real death loop of pain.

Why do lawyers exist for real? Talk about an overhyped, strange profession. I can see how defending one's self in court would be problematic, but like the actual profession might be one of the more underrated scams in the history of jobs.

You're actually telling me that gathering evidence and presenting it in court is difficult? Right... and don't get me started on what it takes to become a lawyer. What a joke.

Being a lawyer is simply glorified arguing and the fact that people get rich doing this is just absolutely baffling. We have homeless people, but people that yap and argue get rich like what is life hahahaha.

And people wonder why society has become 'selfish' and 'self centered' like bro, you have lawyers making six figures or more a year, I don't know maybe that's why? We have politicians literally falling asleep at government meetings. Actors playing pretend get rich for what exactly?

There's always going to be rich people, and I know it sounds like I'm jealous or ignorant, and perhaps I am, but why does the dude flipping burgers get paid like thousands and thousands of times less than like a voice actor for example? Like fundamentally this is actually insane. How does the voice of SpongeBob (I like SpongeBob but that's not the point) provide hundreds, if not thousands of times more value than people working at a restaurant, or a trashman? Don't get me started on royalties either...

Like I simply cannot get past this. I have ranted about this loads of times in the past but as I get older, I just don't understand where the world went wrong here.

I have majority conservative views on many matters in the world, but if there's two areas in life I'm questioning more than ever, it's the modern economy and housing. I mean at least in the USA, I can't say I'm an expert on other countries and how they function but yeah.

I mean this is laughable. How can anyone justify this?

I don't have a solution that doesn't sound like universal basic income or something? Like seriously. Is this not the elephant in the room in the world? I know the universal basic income thing is like an awful, massively stupid concept to many people but I don't know man!

Then we have people abusing government benefits willy nilly, governments dishing out money all across the globe.

It's a big world, and I get that. 'Life could always be worse' yeah not much worse man, not much worse.

Then the fact that I'm American, every foreigner in the history of the world thinks my quality of life is just amazing. Bro... just because I'm not the poorest of the poor on the globe doesn't mean I have no room to complain. Give me a break. Also, I bet many people would be surprised at how bad poverty can be in America.

Those same people saying how privileged America is, are probably also saying how dumb and backwards we are hahahaha. We are privileged and dumb hahahahaha what? Rich and don't have morality, powerful, but incompetent like it's just insane. People will hate on America for being wealthy and also hate on America for being dysfunctional. Often times these people are from countries with a fraction of America's population.

I promise you America is far from sunshine and rainbows. Many people that visit here are often surprised that yeah, life is also hard here wouldn't you know it? Life doesn't magically become blissful as soon as you cross this border. I swear many foreigners like, think that this country is some freaking safe haven from all struggles.

I don't know what the average income is in America, but I imagine the one percent of Americans dramatically raises this average.

Some people claim I'm just a lazy American and I have had lazy moments sure. But ya know, my bad I don't really desire working 80+ hour weeks to feel secure in life, like oh my I am just the laziest person I know. Heaven forbid I'd like to not work myself to an early grave and never have a moment of peace. Oh no I am sooooo lazy, soooo ungrateful.

Finally, and hilariously America is the third largest country by population. Many people who love to hate on Americans are not from a country this size. Like not even remotely close. Almost every highly populated country, most would agree, have horrendous economic inequality but for some reason this idea just goes right over people's heads when it comes to America.

I've rambled a lot here, and to an extent their my be some hypocrisy in what I'm saying because indeed I am just yapping. I'm not saying people that yap SHOULD NEVER get rewarded, but I am simply pointing out the insanity of how a janitor versus like a sports commentator get paid wildly different amounts and... why? A janitor who is a sports fan could probably do a better job commentating a game, than a commentator trying to be a janitor.

Finally...

15 millions vacant homes in America, less than a million homeless people....

Politics and profit baby. Work harder! Suck it up! Get tougher! HAHAHAHAHA.

Not all the vacant homes are move-in ready or livable, so live on the sidewalk or in a tent! LMAO!

I'm not suggesting a free house. But if you can't see the big picture there.... wow.

Then American politicians send money overseas 24/7.

Eh. Again, not saying America should suddenly become isolationist or whatever, but again, there's a bigger picture here.
