Please try to loosen up a little, life is actually fun sometimes. It's okay to be a disciplined person, but you should not deprive yourself of fun too. It's a way to unwind and ease stress.

sometimes, it gets hard yaknow. i really want to join in a fun activity but cant. i hope i find a way to socialize someday
I hope so too🥺 and btw, I am not a social butterfly as well, but I know how to have fun when I am around people I am very comfortable with.
