Drawing the Javelin Thrower for the Splinterlands Art Contest

You know I realized its been some time since I last used my color pencils and this month marks the end of the first quarter of the year. I wanted to at least try to make something different from my usual process. I also know this looks elementary but in truth I spent a lot of time on it trying to arrange the figure and align the card features. During the creative process I eliminated the Javelin. It wouldn't fit into my little arrangement. I could've added something though but nothing came to mind.
