Drawing Homer Simpson

Hiiii, the last time I shared my drawing in this marvelous community would be be about 6 month or a year ago. It feels good to be back. I havd journeyed the art communities of hive and gained little insights on some techniques. I have also started using pencil colours for my drawings....isn't that nice?
What I have here is a simple coloring of Homer. As a kid I based on my family's poor background I never got to see the classics or any major cartoon at length. I onky saw posters, stickers and tshirt prints of them. I made efforts as an adult to be open minded on this issue and luckily I got a friend who put me through most of this.
You mist definitely know that friend I am talking about and it so happens that Homer is his favorite cartoon character. This particular scene has him longing for a donut. If you want to understand what I am saying, see the first few Seasons of the Simpsons.
This was a beautiful rendition that too different shades of colours; yellow, orange, brown, black, and red.
