Drawing a Cute Girl with Pointy Hat

In my opinion, it always is fun to draw cartoon characters. My first reason is that they don't have to be perfect and the second, you can can make them anyway you see fit.
I saw this drawing not long ago on Pinterest and coveted it. So when I had some free time yesterday, I put pen to paper and this came out just fine.
