Super Mario (ink drawing)

I would be sharing with all one of you my new drawing of Super Mario. This character need no futher introduction. I have been wondering what I watched a recently released movie about the Super Mario Brothers and I wanted to try it out. The sweet thing about drawing is that you build your image up from nothing.I've learnt a lot and i think I'm improving what do you think.I hope you all like this image like I do and thanks for reading my post I would love to hear your comments about this.
I began to draw out the eyes and nose with my black pen since my rough sketch is almost like the intend image only some adjustment needs to be made. I used the scrumbing shading technique for this drawing.
I want on to draw out the cap, mustache and mouth which was quite interesting the eyes and the mustache brought about the nice look of the image.
The face was complete so i drew out the cloth and began to shade. The wonderful this about art is the ability to shade it brings anything to life from every image. You can turn a 2D object to a 3D object just by shading.And now i have a complete image to my taste.
