Old man painting (ink drawing)

Greetings friend,I'm back again with a scribbling drawing i did of a man painting. I love this image because it has been my aim to paint. But i guess i would have to start small first of all develop my drawing skill. You see the mistake most newbie make is to jump into painting without the fundamental of how to draw. This drawing is amazing i love is posturing,outfit and looks.
I started this drawing with a sketch of the image then worked on the head using a black pen and i used the scrumbling shading technique for this drawing when I was done with the head i did the body before i considered the hand.
