I Joined In On Hive Fest On Twitter.

Listening to the Hive Fest on Twitter really gave me a head up on what's to come with Hive, a deeper explanation of what's happing with Web 1, Web 2 and Web 3.0. The web 1 gave us the internet as a whole, just like the Wikipedia, it operates without any interaction, you can't like or comment, reply or give reaction, you just read and go. Much like reading a book, an encyclopedia. The web 1 was the internet beginning too, interesting and boring.

The Web 2 was the start of you and I interacting, getting to know each other, it was the start of the word "the world is a global village". Humans starts to have a username, alias, a name known for on the internet, either your own name or pseudo name, you just have to get one, people coined various name for themselves, back then it was the early days, people add numbers to there username to make it unique botefarm123 edicted247 khal007 and so on. It was the cool thing. The rave of the moment.

Then we went into Web 3, I must say this that before the term web 3 came to be known, some dapp, app and platform have been running the Web 3 ecosystem before the term came to be known. HIVE is a typical example of this, Before everyone went gaga on the Web 3 craze, Hive has been there, been there and done that, before the idea of owning your data yourself, Hive has been giving it's users all what Web 3.0 is giving.

It is the blockchain that makes Web 3.0 what it is, the ability to get rewarded for your activity, the idea of owning your own data, NFT it and even sell your gaming progress, all thanks to the blockchain.

The Hive Fest really brought me memory lane into what Hive is, what we have conquered all along the way, how we managed to come this far, what Leofinance has been doing, still championing the cause of the blockchain, giving the internet and Web 3.0 comunity something to push on each day.

I am wishing the Hive Fest team a good retreat, a more deeper look into Hive, better project on Hive, more dapp that boost the blockchain and blockchain adoptability.
