If you ever take a vacation getaway to Eraclea, Italy, feel free to splash around in the water and stretch out on the sunny beach. However, just make sure you never build a sandcastle because that would be illegal.
The reason? Apparently, sand castles “obstruct the passage.” with a maximum fine of €500.
