I have been opening a lot of Pokemon Celebration Packs lately and had a lot of fun opening them. I actually opened the Blastoise card which is Amazing.
That is when I decided that I want to practice drawing that amazing Base Blastoise artwork. The Base Blastoise artwork is created by Ken Sugimori, and I really like the artwork.

So I gave it a try to draw a fan art, and maybe I will also create practice fan arts of the other Celebration cards.
