Funny how they cleared the road but left the fallen branch on your yard. 🤔 Glad you are okay from the storm. It hasn't rained here the last few days so it does get warm again. Lovely photos esp. the deer. Glad that Kaia and LeChat get to explore together again. Hope you get to fix the fallen branch soonest. Happy weekend!

Since it's a tree on private property, the city is only responsible for anything falling on public property, in this case the road. Anything in my yard is my responsibility. Normally, I would take care of it myself, but this one might be too large, and I'll probably call a company.
Yeah, we were quite lucky that tree fell this way, and not towards the house, and also no power outage at all, that was a surprise.
