The Phillies are seriously rolling right now! The Phillies are averaging nearly ten runs and thirteen hits a game during this three game winning streak.

Monday's game was particularly insane as the Phillies put up 12 runs on 21 hits in their 12-7 victory over the Mariners. 21 hits is ridiculous! Eight different Phillies had multiple hits.

• Trea Turner went 4/6 with 5 RBI and homered for the first time at home all year long!
• Bryce Harper went 3/6 with two MONSTER home runs of 440 and 448 feet!
• J.T. Realmuto went 3/5 with a homer as well and he's been hot at the plate!
• Ranger Suárez was outstanding on the mound striking out ten batters in nearly seven innings of work!

Yesterday the Phillies secured the series victory thanks to an epic pitching performance by Cristopher Sánchez. He struck out a ridiculous 12 batters! This guy is unbelievable. He didn't get the victory unfortunately because he was pulled and Orion Kerkering had a bad outing out of the bullpen. All was not lost though as J.T. Realmuto saved the day hitting a two run homer that broke the tie. Jhoan Durán came in the game and of course sealed the deal as he always does. The guy has been unhittable! So amazing.

Everyone in the lineup seems hot right now it's hard to point out anyone in particular! Turner, Harper and Realmuto stand out the most I'd say, but everyone has been pretty excellent! When this Phillies team is hot, it's like an avalanche of offense, sheesh! Suárez and Sánchez stepping up after Wheeler is put on the injured list and Nola continuing to struggle has been great to see.

The Phillies are now 20 games above .500 at 73-53 with a comfortable 5.5 game lead over the Mets in the N.L. East. Excellent!!

Jesús Luzardo is on the mound seeking his 12th win and a sweep of this strong Mariners team. It won't be easy as these losses aren't great for the Mariners who would be a playoff team if the season ended but it's not as if they're totally secure in their positioning either. The Mariners should be in good shape in terms of making the playoffs but it's still not as if it's a guarantee.

Hopefully the Phillies can hit well again for the fans and get the sweep. They're off tomorrow so hopefully that adds some motivation to give it their all!
