The Heat absolutely roasted the 76ers on that November day in 2024. Pun intended! The team needs to come together and make some adjustments. Luckily there's plenty of time left in the season. I think The Machine needs to take his training to the next level! Soon he'll be dominating the Eastern Conference. The Machine had:

🌎My Thoughts on the Sports World Today🌎

In the real world, UFC 317 goes down tonight and it's got some strong fights! I'm pumped! Baseball and fights, that's always a good night!

• Jack Hermansson vs Gregory Rodrigues will be interesting!
• Payton Talbott, the huge hype train gets to fight Felipe Lima
• Beneil Dariush and Renato Moicano is a fun veteran matchup
• Brandon Royval vs Josh Van is gonna be a big fight that could bring fireworks!

In the co-main event, Flyweight Champion Alexandre Pantoja looks to defend his belt for a fourth consecutive time against the fully focused, in his prime Kai Kara-France. Kara-France is a super good fighter and has seemed almost destined to get the title at some point in time. Tonight feels like it might be his best shot. My instinct tells me Kara-France wins for some strange reason. I could be wrong because Pantoja is an absolutely fierce fighter, but I just think Kai's time has to come soon. To be clear, I predict Kai to win. I wouldn't bet on this one though. This might be an all-time scrap!

The main event is massively interesting! Former Lightweight Champion and UFC Legend Charles Oliveira is set to fight Former Featherweight Champion Ilia Topuria in a sweet Lightweight Championship bout! Islam Makhachev vacated his belt recently for welterweight aspirations, so this belt is up for grabs!

This lightweight championship is pretty iconic, it feels like such a unique time in UFC history for this weightclass. If Topuria can win this fight, he may have the toughest three fight win streak in MMA history. Especially if it's a finish. He has knocked out Alexander Volkanovski and Max Holloway in consecutive fights, if he somehow does the same to Charles Oliveira, the guy will be in a class of his own at that point. It's not a massive sample for Topuria sure, but it would be an insanely high level one that will age magnificently.

If Oliveira wins, his already great legacy becomes that much greater. He lost his title in a depressing manner due to missing weight back in 2022 and so, he's been on a huge quest to right that wrong. Tonight, three years later, he has that chance!
