The Legend of A.D. Hammer begins!

I know, it's suuuuuuuuper lame I'm back playing a five year old game, how dare I!

Just kidding, I don't really care whatsoever. If it was nearly any other game, a five year old game would not seem too crazy. But some people think that's old. In the sports game world, a five year old game might as well be ancient.

BUT as I get older these things matter less and less. MLB The Show has an outstanding career mode that is still a ton of fun to play. Holds up perfectly well in my opinion.

Also, I'm not too worried about rosters being different than in the modern day. I'm going to be playing career mode and so, rosters were going to change regardless.

In fact, I find it oddly fun and a bit nostalgic that I am playing an older-ish game. Something I can't really put my finger on or describe.

But anyway, A.D. Hammer is born!!! Soon to be Hall of Fame Major League shortstop. I chose him as a small ball style shortstop. Speed, fielding and bunting are strengths.

I really want to be an amazing fielder, and have a bit more power over time.

This video basically covers the creation of A.D. all the up until he is drafted by the Phillies!

I would love to win a bunch of Championships for Philly, and then maybe join the A's later in my career.
