Taking a Look at Titans' Seventh Round Draft Pick James Williams - Miami S + Two Madden Games

Finally getting around to the second to last pick in the Draft for the Titans.

Going towards three months ago now, The Titans had two picks in the seventh round, which is a pretty intriguing place to be in. Depth and just more chances at solid talent.

The Titans decided to select Miami's safety James Williams.

Williams is an interesting selection for sure, he's a raw talent and it's likely he'll actually transition to play linebacker. A linebacker with some good experience playing in coverage? Sounds like a versatile player with good potential to me. This Titans' defense needs all the athletic ability it can get at this point in my opinion. The offense is going to be up in the air until we figure out what type of QB Levis will be, so the defense needs to try and be as good as it can be.

Williams was a four star recruit who got offers from a staggering 27 very notable Division I programs. Overall, an interesting selection for a seventh round pick!

This guy is huge too, 6'4"+ and roughly 230 pounds as of now.

Hopefully he can contribute in some way!
