Well, Sunday was pretty eventful! Ranger Suarez returned from his back injury to make a start for the first time in 2025 and promptly gave up seven runs. So that was rather disappointing. BUT the lineup responded in a big way. Down 7-1, the Phillies rallied back to tie it up 8-8 in the bottom of the ninth to force extra innings. The Diamondbacks refused to get swept though, and ultimately got the better of the Phils as they scored three runs in the tenth and that pretty much sealed the deal. An overall admirable effort and fun game though! Bryce Harper, Kyle Schwarber and Weston Wilson all homered. It's been great to see Weston Wilson back.

It's been pretty rainy in the Philadelphia area recently but tonight the Phillies will be avoiding all of that as they'll be in Tampa tonight to start their three game series. Zack Wheeler gets the start tonight. I don't know much about the Rays it will definitely be interesting to get to know their squad a little more. The Phils will be facing Tampa's Drew Rasmussen. Glancing at his stats, Rasmussen is maintaining a strong 2.64 ERA.

Fresh series should be fun, the Phillies are playing a little better lately. Let's get win #20!
