Phillies get a big win over Mets yesterday!
The Phillies finally managed to beat the Mets yesterday! After getting swept by them recently it was great to see them finally get over this hurdle. It was a super tight 1-0 win, but 1-0 counts just as much as 10-0!
Aaron Nola FINALLY showed up and pitched not just decently, but he pitched WELL. This was pretty surprising but such good timing for this team. It was just Nola's fourth win of the season. He pitched six innings, allowed zero runs and struck out seven hitters! Nick Castellanos whose also been struggling managed to get the team's only RBI, so it's nice to see two struggling players play well in a huge game!
This win pushed the Phillies lead in the NL East to eight. The Mets actually will own the tiebreaker in the division if the Phillies were to finish with the same record as the Mets so, every bit of separation is critical!
Ranger Suárez on the mound for this big game two of the series. Let's hit the gas and put the Mets in the rear view mirror! Ranger seeks his 12th win.

The only thing I have been seeing in the news about the Phillies is that lady stealing the ball from a child. That's everywhere.
Yeah the news seems to pick and choose a lot of things these days hahaha. That lady was a psycho lol
it worked out really well for the kid. Got a swag-bag, a signed bat, tickets to the World Series and an RV. Psycho Karen is the best thing that ever happened to him.
