Kyle Schwarber is LOCKED IN right now! He hit home run #39 and #40 last night including his second Grand Slam of 2025! This man is willing his way into MVP conversations! Magical stuff! Fans are comparing this year to Ryan Howard's epic 2006 season, perhaps this will end up even better though! I feel like it will be! Both seasons will never be forgotten of course.

Bryce Harper, Edmundo Sosa, Weston Wilson and newcomer Harrison Bader also all hit homers last night! Incredible!! The Phillies recorded 13 hits in their 13-3 victory and man, it was just so fun. Not much else to say really, pure domination on all fronts! Jesús Luzardo got tremendous run support and his tenth win of 2025. He has finally won consecutive starts for the first time since May.
The Phillies are now a game and a half ahead of the Mets as they head into Game 2 vs the Orioles. The suddenly more reliable Taijuan Walker is on the mound tonight. While Walker has been much better I imagine the bullpen will be involved once again. Perhaps we shall even see another Jhoan Durán sighting hmmmm? LOL.
