Brian Oliver 1991-92 Upper Deck NBA Basketball Card

Brian Oliver did not have ridiculously terrific success as a pro but he was a pro and so I mean that is pretty good to begin with. He was a pro for eight seasons in the NBA and other international leagues.

I'm sure Georgia Tech fans remember him though. Well, I guess if you're old enough and/or are a historian for college basketball.

On this date in 1990, like the card mentions, Brian Oliver helped lead Georgia Tech to the Final Four in the NCAA tournament. It was Georgia Tech's first ever Final Four appearance. Oliver scored 19 in the Elite Eight game victory over Minnesota.
