I'm ultimately a Phillies fan nowadays. But as weird as it sounds I am also a massive A's fan. I used to be so annoyed at myself for having two teams but you know what? I support both and it's just that simple. There's no rules on how many teams you have to like. I'm just going to enjoy life and like both teams.
Growing up, Barry Zito was the MAN in my eyes. Unique pitching style, iconic curveball, iconic name, even. I mean what's not to like?
2006 was a big year for me as a baseball fan. One of the best years of baseball ever.
What a freak!! Prime Zito was such a beast. He'll always be one of my favorite athletes ever.

Another magical event occurred on this day Zito defeated the Dodgers. That event is NACHO LIBRE being released in theaters! The Jack Black classic is a solid, unique comedy. I have to show my son this one ASAP. Barry Zito + Nacho Libre? Yeah. 2006 was flawless.
