The Sixers bounced back with a much needed win yesterday against the Pacers after losing two straight to the Cavs. The underdog Pacers were stingy in the first half, and they even held a five point lead at halftime. But the Sixers ended up outscoring the Pacers by six in the third and eight in the fourth as they found the 113-104 win. Andrew Nembhard and Pascal Siakam combined for 49 points for the Pacers, but they were outmatched by Maxey and Embiid's 59 combined points. In addition to that differential Tyrese had a career-high 8 steals! Just ridiculous!

It was certainly a day to remember for Maxey as he was also named an All-Star Game starter for the first time in his career! Two milestones in one day AND a victory! Epic! This is Maxey's second All-Star selection. Maxey currently averages 30.2 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 6.7 assists per game. It's so great to see a Sixer amongst the elite! Can't wait to watch him play in that game!

Tonight the Sixers see the 26-17 Suns and this should be fun. The Suns are playing solid basketball and they seem quite tough. They have elite scoring with Devin Booker along with gritty players like Dillon Brooks and Grayson Allen. In addition, Jalen Green returns tonight for the Suns. Green has only played in two games so far this season but he's a really good player who has a career average of 20.1 points a game. Many people thought that the Suns were silly for trading Kevin Durant but it seems that they're doing fine so far.

The timing of seeing these surging Suns is a bit sad for the Sixers since stars Joel Embiid and Paul George will be sitting out. But I guess if they win, it will be impressive.

I'm hoping for a good game!
