Okay guys, we need to make decisions some times, but you know that some decisions come with lots of considerations. If you don't think well before embarking on such decisions you will have yourself to be blamed at the end of the day. Looking at the question for today, let's do justice to it

Week 97:- Edition 02:-
Making A Decision

*Making a decision can be hard, because we know that it could have repercussions that we're not ready for. So, what steps do you take when making decisions?

Before diving into that I will love to say that as adults we need to take decisions for ourselves. You know why I said that? When we were kids, our parents did the decision making for us. So, we just see things been done for us with or without our knowledge. But today is a total different thing. I have learnt how to take decisions and stand by it. It doesn't matter what happens next. It doesn't matter the consequences of my actions. We are adults and we need to be one.

I have seen people who are not ready to take decisions. They just want you to tell them what to do. They want you to do all the work of knowing what to do and what not to do. That is the work of children. I gat to man up. Hahaha 😂. Don't get me wrong. I know that I am a woman but I need to do the needful.

How long does it take you to make major decisions?
Well for me to make major decisions it might take long or not. It all depends on what I am about to do. How long do I want to do it? All I do is to take time and pray about what I want to do. The answers may come quickly or it might delay. God's time they say is the best. I just believe that when is the right time I will get to know and that is when I will go ahead and do what I want to do.
I will just make sure not to run ahead of God. Our people say that you can not run faster than your shadows. That is what I am talking about. Waiting on God to know what way to follow.

And if things don't go according to plan, what's your method of coping with the disappointment?

IT IS WELL WITH MY SOUL. MY MANTRA
As long as I know that God is in what I am doing the outcome doesn't matter to me. However God want it that is how it will be. A quick reminder of what happened in the Bible when Jesus told his disciples to cross over to the other side of the lake. As they were on that journey a strong wind came up against them. But because Jesus was there with them, they were sure of victory. Things may not work our how it was planned from the beginning, but it might still be how God want it for us. Sometimes what we see as a yes may turn out to be a no at the end.

The best way for me to cope with let say disappointment is to put my hope in God. Believing that he God allowed it for a reason.
I believe that the very moment I take away my eyes from God that very day and moment I begin to fail. So, because of that wether in good times or in bad times I keep my eyes on God.

if you just visited my blog believe this - IT IS WELL WITH YOUR SOUL. 👍

We can't do without those disappointments that come from decision making. It's part of life. We are humans and we can't be perfectly correct always 👍👍
